2. Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
The product must be:
Unused and unworn.
In its original packaging.
With all original tags and labels attached.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
Products without original tags or packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Customized or personalized products.
Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
4. Exchange Process
Contact Us First – Send us a WhatsApp message or email within 2 days of delivery, mentioning:
Order number
Reason for exchange
Pictures of the product (if defective or damaged)
Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
Ship the Product – Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Receive Your Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement product
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued.
