However, due to the nature of our products, we currently offer exchanges only — no refunds will be provided.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn.

    • In its original packaging.

    • With all original tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).

4. Exchange Process

  • Contact Us First – Send us a WhatsApp message or email within 2 days of delivery, mentioning:

    • Order number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Pictures of the product (if defective or damaged)

  • Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.

  • Ship the Product – Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Receive Your Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement product

5. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product:

    • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

    • If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued.

6. No Refund Policy

    • We do not issue refunds for any purchase.

    • Only product exchanges are allowed under this policy.
