1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where products are out of stock, payment authorization fails, or there is an error in pricing or product description.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website exclude GST. Applicable GST will be calculated and added at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment must be made in full before the order is dispatched, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

4. Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options across India. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and method chosen.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned within 2 days of receipt for exchange only. No refunds will be issued.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp for instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Care Instructions

  • Follow the care label on the garment.

  • Hand wash only.

  • Do not dry in direct sunlight to maintain color and quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in color or design may occur.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
